What file types can I upload?▾
Images (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP), PDFs, Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OpenDocument files, plain text, and common audio/video formats up to 50 MB per file.
How long does a journey take?▾
Pathway discovery is instant. Document collection and human review typically take 1–3 business days per step. Government processing time depends on the destination country.
Can I get a refund if my visa is denied?▾
Our service fee covers preparation and review, not the government outcome. We refund unused consultation hours and unused premium credits. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Is my data secure?▾
