These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlanifieeAI ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing in or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to defraud the platform, or put other users at risk.

4. Scope of the service

PlanifieeAI provides AI-assisted planning, document preparation and human-reviewed guidance for travel and visa applications. We are not an immigration law firm and the Service is not a substitute for personalised legal advice. Government decisions are outside our control.

5. Payments and pricing

Prices for memberships, searches, consultations and other paid features are shown in the app before checkout. Payments are processed by our providers (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, CinetPay). You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for any fees you incur.

6. Refunds

Unused consultation hours and unused premium credits are refundable on request. Service fees covering work already performed (document review, agent runs, completed steps) are non-refundable. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it; upload illegal, harmful or counterfeit documents; impersonate someone else; reverse-engineer the platform; or use the Service to facilitate immigration fraud. We reserve the right to remove content and accounts that violate these rules.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanifieeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or government decisions. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive (e.g. payment, liability) remain in force after termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of PlanifieeAI's operating entity. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where a non-waivable consumer-protection law gives you a different forum.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice (usually 30 days) before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
